1. General

These terms apply to all purchases on lillmoln.com. The store is operated by TENGROUPE LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #8498, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA ("Lillmoln", "we"). By shopping with us, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Orders and contract

The contract becomes binding when you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if the item is out of stock; you'll then get your money back.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal and sleep trial

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal plus a 30-night sleep trial. Read more in our refund policy.

6. Complaints

You have the right to complain about a fault in the item under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for three years from delivery. Contact us at contact@lillmoln.com.

7. Product information

Lillmoln is a comfort pillow for children from age 3. It is not a medical device and is not intended to prevent or treat any condition. Follow the care instructions on the label.

We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Please contact us first and we'll work it out together. You can also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
