Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The period starts on the day you receive the item. To withdraw, click “Withdraw from a purchase” at the bottom of our website (or log in and open Orders), choose the order and request a return or cancellation. You can also email contact@lillmoln.com within 14 days.
30-night sleep trial
On top of your right of withdrawal, you can try Lillmoln for 30 nights from the day it's delivered. Not the right fit for your child? Email us within 30 nights and we'll help you return it and refund the pillow. The pillow must be clean and returned with all its parts (pillow and cover).
How to return
- Click “Withdraw from a purchase” at the bottom of the site (or Account › Orders) and request a return, or email contact@lillmoln.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item carefully and keep the receipt from the drop-off point.
You pay for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the payment method you used for the purchase. The original shipping cost is refunded if you return the whole order.
Faults or damage
If the item is faulty or was damaged in transit, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us with a photo of the problem and we'll sort it out quickly, at no cost to you.
