Our story

It's 2:14 a.m. And you hear it again.

The snoring. The open mouth. The pillow twisted halfway across the bed. This is why Lillmoln exists.

One night like a thousand others

You know this night by heart.

  1. 21:00

    Bedtime, done right

Bath, pyjamas, two books, one glass of water, three goodnights. You did everything right. The light goes off, and for a moment the house is quiet.

  2. 02:14

The sound from the other room

A heavy, rattling breath. You stand in the doorway. Mouth wide open, chin pressed to the chest, head propped up on a pillow far too big for it. You straighten the duvet. You go back to bed. You don't really sleep.

  3. 07:00

    The morning after

Dark circles at seven. A bowl of oatmeal nobody touches. Tears over the wrong socks. You blame the screens, the sugar, a phase. Then you do it all again tonight.

    The morning after
  4. Weeks later

When a bad night becomes normal

Restless nights become the rule. A tired child at school, a short fuse at home and two parents running on empty. Everyone says it will pass. It doesn't.

The turning point

Then we looked at the pillow.

Not the bedtime routine. Not the child. The pillow.

Most kids sleep on a pillow made for adults. It's far too high for a small head, so it pushes the chin toward the chest and squeezes the airway. The mouth falls open, the breathing gets heavy, and the body never fully rests.

Nobody had made a pillow built around a child's neck. So we did.

The questions we hear

Every order starts with a question.

Lillmoln is a young brand. We built it around the questions parents ask themselves at bedtime.

“Why does she toss and turn all night?”

“Why is he still tired in the morning?”

“Why do they always end up in our bed?”

“Is that pillow really right for their age?”

The solution

One pillow per age. Not one size for all.

Raised edges cradle the head, a soft hollow keeps it centred, and each size has its own edge height, matched to a child's neck at that age. The head stays level, the airway stays open, the mouth stays closed.

1 1–3 years · edges 2–4 cm
For the very first pillow.
2 3–8 years · edges 4–6 cm
For preschool and the first school years.
3 8–16 years · edges 6–9 cm
For growing shoulders, all the way to the teens.
